Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE has formally commenced its initial Public Offer (IPO) today (Monday 14th September 2026). This means the Dangote Refinery has now been listed on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX) platform, making it possible for the general public to now buy shares and own a stake in the Refinery.
The Dangote Refinery has made available 4.1 billion new ordinary shares at the price of N525 per share, with a minimum subscription of 10 shares which is valued at N5,250. The offer will run until October 13, 2026.
Dangote listed 40 official channels to buy its shares.
